According to the Lean Portfolio Management certification exam pattern, a question may have more than one correct answer. You should write all the correct answers to get a score on that question. Your ultimate score will be calculated depending on how many questions you have answered correctly. It is a time-based exam, and your paper will be automatically submitted once it ends. If you finish the exam earlier than the designated time, there is a ‘submit’ button that you can click to submit your exam paper. As it’s a multiple-choice online exam, you will get your results immediately. Once your score is equal to or above the passing mark, you will get the Lean Portfolio Management certification and a digital badge to share your achievement in your online profile.
When the exam timer ends, the exam will be submitted, regardless of the number of questions answered. A score will be calculated based on the number of questions answered. Only answered questions will be automatically marked as correct. If you finish answering all questions before the exam timer ends, you can click the “Submit” button and your score will be calculated.
You should give the exam within 30 days of course completion to get exempt from the exam fees. If you don’t pass the exam in the first attempt, then you can give the exam again till you obtain the passing score. You need to log in and launch the exam on the day of the exam. Before starting the exam, you should review and accept the Candidate Agreement. You will see the timer throughout the exam, which will be helpful. Different sections of the exam will contain different percentage mark allocations. The mark distribution is explained below.
Exam Sections |
Percentages |
Introducing Lean Portfolio |

The age-old planning strategy methods, making investment targets and managing portfolios using concepts like a work breakdown structure, quarterly planning, and detailed GANT style project plans have become out-dated and no longer reliable methods. The Lean Portfolio Management offers an excellent solution for all these problems by aligning the business strategies to the organization's objectives and values without compromising on the innovation. So, organizations' demand for Lean certified professionals has become an exponential need in recent times, and hence, the Lean Portfolio management training makes professionals handle the organization's Lean requirements.
