To be certified, you need to pass an online exam. You can attempt the exam more than once to score passing marks. Once you pass the exam, you will receive the SAFe for Teams certification. Your certification will remain valid for a year only. After that, you must renew the certification to include it in your profile. The process to renew the SAFe Practitioner certification is very simple and straightforward.  You need to log in to the SAFe Community platform. 

When the renewal time arrives, you will get an email from Scaled Agile to renew your certification. The SAFe for Teams certificate renewal price is $295. To renew the certification, you must renew the membership as well. There are three options available for you to do so. 

 

Individual SAFe Membership

If you don’t want to renew your certification, but want to continue being a member of the SAFe platform, then this option is for you. You can access all the valuable content on the SAFe Community Platform by paying $195 annually. 


Certified SAFe Membership

If you want to renew your certification and access the contents of the SAFe Community Platform, then you should pay $295 per year.  You can keep your digital badge and include your certification in all your professional profiles.

 

SAFe Program Consultant Membership

If you currently hold SPC or SPCT certifications along with the SAFE for Teams and other certifications, you can renew all these by paying $895 per year. You will get access to all the contents in the SAFe Community Platform and train others for the Lean-Agile transformation as well. 

For SAFe for Teams certification renewal, you must enter the Scaled Agile site using your login details. You will see a ‘renew’ button. You can redirect to the section for renewing your certification by clicking it. There are various payment options to pay the SAFe Practitioner certification renewal fee.
