There is no prerequisite to appear for the VeriSM Foundation certification exam and the course. The certification is suitable for individuals who aspire to step into the Service Management world and professionals who are already working in Service Management Environment.


Mandatory training and prior work experience

There is no mandatory training needed to take the VeriSM Foundation certification exam. However, a minimum of two years of IT industry experience is recommended.
