Syllabus

The CSM Course curriculum as per the guidelines of the great scrum accreditation body, scrumAllaince. This article is a compilation of the concepts taught in the two-day workshop program. The topics discussed in this CSM course syllabus has to be delivered only by the CST’s if one has to take the certification test.

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Scrum principles, Agile practices, and the Scrum Master's role in facilitating successful Agile projects.

The curriculum focuses on conceptual understanding, practical application, and hands-on exercises that help participants develop the skills required to work effectively within Scrum teams and Agile environments.

To earn the CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance, candidates must attend a 2-day (16-hour) training program conducted by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST®) and successfully pass the certification exam.

Upon completion of the course, participants will have a solid understanding of Scrum and be prepared to perform the Scrum Master role in real-world projects.
